Hi, I'm Mack!

I'm an artist and animator based in Michigan!

MackAttacksArt was born after a long “no art” hiatus following high school. Back then, I thought I had to grow up and choose a more stable career path since art was often seen as something that wouldn’t get you anywhere at least not as something that would support you.

But one day, during my winter semester, I received a care package from my mom. Inside were all sorts of goodies. But there was something that was different. Something I had never received in any other care package: a drawing tablet. My spark of passion for art reignited, and before I knew it, I was drawing again.

A few years later, after college, I went into a corporate job. There, I began taking small commissions from coworkers who’d often notice the doodles and artwork decorating my cubicle. And so I began doing commissions and soon I wanted to create and sell my own work. I started MackAttacksArt where I offered T-shirts and commissions, then expanded into stickers, prints, and crafts.

My goal has always been to reconnect with my childhood self and that early dream of creating art that sparks imagination, wonder, and joy for people of all ages. My style features colorful, cartoonish illustrations and anime-inspired drawings that explore themes of adventure, nostalgia, and childlike wonder. Because art felt like it was torn away from me as I got older, I want to inspired other adults to embrace the colorful and wonderful just like we all did when we were children. I hope to inspire others with my art so they forever feel connected to all that is silly and fun in this world!
